Designed to gently warm the floor by running a heating element in the form of cable fixed to a meshed mat which is simply rolled out, ensuring the element is already in the optimum position prior to fixing to the floor. For use with 'Floorwarm' Underfloor Heating Systems.

Vitrex under wood heating mats are suitable for any room, including bathrooms, kitchens, conservatories, extensions, etc.

By using Vitrex underfloor heating you can achieve optimum room temperature a few degress lower than with standard radiators, this is due to the natural process of heat rising rather than cold and warm air being circulated by radiators.

As heat rises, the larger the surface area means less power is used to achieve the desired room temperature. Using the Vitrex Floorwarm pads underneath laminate or wooden floors will eliminate the need for radiators also using this system means that there will not be any cold spots.

The Vitrex system works by laying mesh mats underneath the wooden or laminate panels and linking up to a temperature controlled thermostat and the heat is achieved by a cable inter-spaced within the mesh mat.
